Can anyone sign up for an office?

We work only with independently licensed mental health clinicians. You must hold an active Massachusetts license to sign up and to maintain an office.

What is office cost and access?

Office access is available from 6am to 10pm daily. Pricing varies by office size (100–120 sqft) and the number of days per week you rent.

What is the sign-up process like?

The sign-up process includes consultation, visit, and booking steps to secure your office space.

What are the contract terms?

The basic terms are: office rentals are annual contracts; a minimum of 1 day per week is required; a $500 security deposit is due at signing; there are no other fees; and utilities and amenities are included.

What are the amenities?

A professionally managed building, with a kitchen and a staff room (print & copy). Offices have exterior windows and are furnished and soundproofed for therapy. Optional mail forwarding and referral/resource network connections are available.

OFFICES: How are they designed?

Offices are approximately 100–130 sqft. Each is designed and furnished for psychotherapy, with a couch, desk, and additional chairs to comfortably accommodate 3–4 people. See the layout of all available offices on our OFFICES page.

PRICE: What's the cost & access?

Office access is from 6am–10pm daily.

Prices vary by office size (100–130 sqft):

• 1 day/week: $339–$399 per month
• 2 days/week: $678–$798 per month
• 3 days/week: $1,017–$1,197 per month
• 4 days/week: $1,356–$1,596 per month
Full Week | Mon–Sat | : $1,695–$1,995 per month

CONTRACT: What are the terms?

The basic terms are:
